The minigolf complex is located nearby tower blocks area called Skalka and it was built in the year 2006. The complex was financed by the Town of Cheb, Karlovy Vary Region and EU funds. Nowadays it's a property of the Town of Cheb but it's maintained by TJ MG Cheb, o.s.

Thanks to the location in a valley, the complex is protected against wind blows, moreover, in the summer surrounding trees provide cover against sunshine. The complex provides great deal of enjoyment for visitors thanks to two different minigolf courses (eternit and concrete) - as one of the few in the country. In the surrounded buiding the club TJ MG Cheb has its clubroom but there is also enough space for operating a snack bar. Next to the building there is a small children's playground, on the other end of the complex there are six pétanque courses. The complex is easily reachable by a car thanks to a parking lot (30 spaces) just about 200 metres away.
